Metal production for more than 50 years

Filomat srl was founded in 1971, with the processing of wire rod derivatives to package wires that are easily used by the consumer. Subsequently, thanks to some renewals of technologies and an investment for the growth of the staff, we have introduced a wide range of plastic-coated ropes for stretching, galvanised ropes, stainless ropes with packaging accessible to the private, industrial, GDO. 

In 2008, we further diversified our business by manufacturing stainless steel and polycarbonate anti-volatile barriers, introducing ourselves in commercial sectors where we were not present before. In 2016 we reworked the logistics of the company, which covers 3000 square metres, with clean energy provided by a photovoltaic system that produces 70% of the energy required. The company policy is to maintain Made in Italy production while remaining competitive in the European and non-EU markets.
